Technical Requirements:
1. Copper material nickel-plated, 2–6 μm
2. Insulation layer withstands 2700 V DC for 60 seconds, with leakage current < 1 mA.
3. Insulation resistance > 500 MΩ (1000 V DC)
4. Flame-retardant rating: UL2556 VW-1
5. High temperature and high humidity: Store at 85% relative humidity and 85°C for 200 hours.
6. Insulation thermal aging test: held in a 158°C oven for 168 hours; subjected to 300 cycles of thermal shock.
7. Insulation layer impact test: −40°C to 125°C, 1 hour per cycle, temperature change within 30 seconds, 300 cycles
8. Electroplated nickel shall pass the 96-hour salt spray test, with a corrosion resistance rating of 9/9sABCDE or higher, and adhesion not exceeding Grade 1.
9. The insulation layer is wear-resistant and meets a cycle life of 1,000 cycles.
