Trantek International Lab is UL-accredited. UL (Underwriters Laboratories) is the world’s largest non-governmental organization for safety testing and certification. ENEC approval signifies that WTDP International Laboratory has been certified by ENEC (European Norms Electrical Certification), a widely recognized European standard applied to specific products that comply with European norms. The WTDP (Witnessed Test Data Program) is a long-term initiative that authorizes third-party laboratories to conduct comparative testing of data and subject them to extremely rigorous laboratory evaluations. Typically, only a small number of independent third-party institutions are granted such accreditation, and even fewer—such as in-house corporate laboratories—are exceptionally rare.
We possess state-of-the-art testing equipment for liquid-cooling electrical connections and thermal management in AI servers. Our test portfolio covers all critical parameters for server electrical connections—such as temperature rise, current-carrying capacity, resistance, inductance, isolation, shock, vibration, and coating thickness—as well as thermal-management metrics including flow rate, water-flow distribution, inlet–outlet pressure drop, operating and burst pressures, leakage rate, pressure cycling, thermal-shock testing, coolant quality assessment, and in-house cleanliness verification. From the very outset of a project, we proactively collaborate on sample preparation and testing to fully meet our customers’ comprehensive experimental requirements throughout the entire project lifecycle.
