Technical Requirements:
1. Insulation layer withstands 3000 V DC for 60 seconds, with leakage current < 1 mA.
2. Insulation resistance > 500 MΩ (1000 V DC)
3. AC Withstand Voltage Test: Apply voltage for 60 seconds; insulation temperature range: −40 to 125°C, with AC 3000 V, no breakdown or arcing, and leakage current ≤ 10 mA; insulation temperature range: 126 to 400°C, with AC 1000 V, no breakdown or arcing, and leakage current ≤ 60 mA.
4. Long-term permissible operating environment: temperature -40°C to 125°C; flame-retardant rating: UL94 V0
5. High-temperature and high-humidity conditions: 85°C, 85% relative humidity, 1,000 hours; meets insulation withstand voltage requirements and high-temperature insulation performance.
6. Thermal Shock: -40°C to 125°C, with each extreme temperature maintained for ≥30 minutes, for 1,000 hours or 500 cycles.
7. Continuous Overcurrent Capability: At an ambient temperature of 23°C ± 5°C, a continuous overcurrent of 219 A for 1 hour shall result in a maximum surface temperature of the aluminum busbar not exceeding 60°C.
