Specifications/Description

Conductor Material: 1070 High-Conductivity Aluminum Busbar / T2 Red Copper Busbar

Insulated housing made of flame-retardant engineering plastic (UL94 V-0 rating)

Connection Method: Elastic Clamping + Bolt Fixing

Output terminals: aluminum busbar with tin plating/copper busbar with tin plating, bolted connection with 3–4 holes.

Heat-shrink tubing – red/black heat-shrink insulating sleeve

Protection rating IP20

Rated voltage: DC 48 V (±10%), compatible with IDC-standard server DC power supply.

Rated current: 200–1,000 A (single circuit). Common specifications: 300 A / 400 A / 500 A.

Contact resistance ≤10 μΩ, ensuring low loss and low thermal resistance under high current.

Dielectric withstand voltage: AC 2000 V for 1 minute; no breakdown between insulating parts and conductors.

Insulation class: Class B (130°C) / Class F (155°C), suitable for the ambient temperature inside the equipment cabinet.

Operating temperature: -10°C to +70°C; continuous operation inside the cabinet.

Short-time withstand current of 1000 A for 1 s meets the short-circuit current impact requirements for the project.
